Text

The commission shall limit the number and amount of scholarships awarded under this article so that the expected expenditures do not exceed the projected funding available considering the total duration of the awards. To the extent sufficient funds are not available in the Wyoming's tomorrow scholarship expenditure account to fund all scholarships awarded by the commission under this article, the payment to the eligible institutions shall be reduced on a first come first served basis using the student's application date for the scholarship.
