§ 16-1-201 — Definitions
Wyoming·Title 16 City, County, State and Local Powers·Ch. 1 INTERGOVERNMENTAL COOPERATION·Art. 2 STATE REVOLVING ACCOUNT
(a)As used in this article:
(i)"Account" means the state water pollution control
revolving loan account created by W.S. 16-1-202;
(ii)"Board" means the state loan and investment
board;
(iii)"Capitalization grant" means the federal grant
made to Wyoming by the federal environmental protection agency
for the purpose of establishing a state water pollution control
revolving loan account;
(iv)"Corrective action" means as defined by W.S.
35-11-1415(a)(i);
(v)"Corrective action account" means as defined by
W.S. 35-11-1415(a)(ii);
(vi)"Department" means the department of
environmental quality;
(vii)"Nonpoint source" means any source of pollution
other than a point source as defined by W.S. 35-11-103(a)(x) and
includes leaking underground storage tanks and aboveground
storage tanks;
