§ 19-13-206 — Filing of agreement
Wyoming·Title 19 Defense Forces and Affairs·Ch. 13 WYOMING OFFICE OF HOMELAND SECURITY·Art. 2 EMERGENCY SERVICES MUTUAL AID
(a)Within twenty (20) days after approval by the attorney
general, an agreement made pursuant to this act shall be filed
in the office of:
(i)Each clerk and recorder of each county of this
state where the principal office of one (1) of the parties to
the agreement is located; and
(ii)The secretary of state.
