Text
(a)The agreement authorized by W.S. 19-13-203 shall
specify the following:
(i)The purpose of the agreement;
(ii)The precise organization, composition and nature
of any separate legal entity created by the agreement;
(iii)The duration of the agreement;
(iv)The manner of financing the agreement and
establishing and maintaining a budget therefor;
(v)Provision for administering the agreement;
(vi)The exact chain of command or delegation of
authority to be followed by party emergency services acting
under the provisions of the agreement;
(vii)The manner of acquiring, holding and disposing
of real and personal property used in the agreement;
(viii)The method to be employed in accomplishing the
partial or complete termination of the agreement and for
disposing of property upon partial or
