§ 37-12-210 — Perjury
Wyoming·Title 37 Public Utilities·Ch. 12 CRIMES, OFFENSES AND CIVIL LIABILITIES·Art. 2 CRIMES, OFFENSES AND CIVIL
Any person who knowingly makes any false statement of fact under
oath, whether oral or in writing, as required by this act, is
guilty of perjury and upon conviction shall be punished as
provided for in the perjury statutes of this state.
