Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 37-12-205 (2026).
Text
Any person who willfully makes any false return or report to the
commission, or to any member, agent or employee thereof, and any
person who aids or abets such person, is guilty of a felony, and
upon conviction thereof shall be imprisoned as the court may
direct for a term not exceeding five (5) years for each offense.
