Text
Any natural person who knowingly authorizes, gives or affords
any benefit, preference or advantage, or who knowingly receives
or participates directly or indirectly in any benefit,
preference or advantage from such offense, shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor, and on conviction shall be fined not less than one
hundred dollars ($100.00), or more than five hundred dollars
($500.00) for each offense.
