Text

Any person convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of this act, shall be punished for each offense by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not less than thirty (30) days or more than ninety

(90)days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
