§ 33-12-139 — Fees; disposition of fees

Wyoming·Title 33 Professions and Occupations·Ch. 12 COSMETOLOGY
(a)Fees for the following shall be determined by the board pursuant to W.S. 33-1-201:
(i)Examinations;
(ii)Cosmetologist license;
(iii)Instructor license;
(iv)Salon license;
(v)School license;
(vi)Endorsement fee;
(vii)License reinstatement;
(viii)Online testing;
(ix)Manicurist or nail technician license;
(x)Esthetician license;
(xi)Temporary location license;
(xii)Independent contractor certificate; and
(xiii)Hair stylist license.
(b)The board shall set fees sufficient to recover costs for the publication and distribution of registers, lists and booklets, for records and affidavits processed, and for educational programs.
