Text
(a)Qualified trust property includes real property,
personal property and interests in real or personal property and
all gains, appreciation and income thereon which:
(i)Are the subject of a qualified transfer; and
(ii)Are acquired with the proceeds of property of a
qualified transfer.
(b)Qualified trust property is subject to W.S. 4-10-514
through 4-10-523.
