§ 35-10-403 — Boats for hire required to have life preservers
Any person who shall keep for hire boats, not equipped with life
preservers for the protection of every occupant, shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not
more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
