(a)Except for any conservation easement received or accepted by the board before the effective date of this act, the board shall not accept or receive any conservation easement pursuant to W.S. 34-1-202.
(b)Except for any conservation easement received or accepted by the board before the effective date of this act, the board shall not be considered a "holder" pursuant to W.S. 34-1-201(b)(ii)(A). ARTICLES 2 - RESERVED ARTICLES 3 - RESERVED
