Text
The purpose and intent of this act is to establish, maintain and
promote the development of a comprehensive range of services in
communities of the state to serve priority populations and other
persons affected by mental illness, substance use disorders, or
developmental disabilities, and to provide shelter and crisis
services for victims of family violence and sexual assault.
