Text
For each divorce and annulment of marriage granted by any court
in this state a report shall be prepared and filed by the clerk
of court with the state registrar of vital records. The
information necessary to prepare the report shall be furnished,
with the filing of the complaint for divorce, to the clerk of
court on forms prescribed and furnished by the state registrar
of vital records, and a hearing on the divorce complaint shall
not be held until the foregoing information has been filed by
the attorney for the plaintiff. On or before the tenth day of
each month the clerk of court shall forward to the state
registrar of vital records the report of each divorce and
annulment granted during the preceding calendar month, and such
related reports as may be required by regulations.
