Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 29-1-404 (2026).
Text
The holder of any prior perfected lien upon the real property is
entitled to notice in suits to foreclose the lien. A foreclosure
proceeding shall not be rendered invalid by failure to give the
notice required by this section.
