§ 16-1-207 — Department loans; repayment
Wyoming·Title 16 City, County, State and Local Powers·Ch. 1 INTERGOVERNMENTAL COOPERATION·Art. 2 STATE REVOLVING ACCOUNT
Principal payments on loans made to the department for taking
corrective actions at leaking underground and aboveground
storage tank and solid waste landfill remediation sites shall be
paid from the corrective action account directly to the state
water pollution control revolving loan account.
