(a)The legislative rule filed in the State Register on June 28, 2019, authorized under the authority of §30-32-7 of this code, modified by the Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on November 4, 2019, relating to the Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (licensure of speech-pathology and audiology, 29 CSR 01), is authorized with the following amendments: On page seven, subdivision 10.8.1.a., following the word “for”, by inserting the words, “active duty”. And, On page seven, subdivision 10.8.2.a., following the word “for”, by inserting the words, “active duty”.
