§ 60A-10-1 — Short title
West Virginia·Ch. 60A UNIFORM CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ACT·Art. 10 METHAMPHETAMINE LABORATORY ERADICATION ACT
The provisions of this article shall be known and referred to as the Methamphetamine Laboratory Eradication Act.
