§ 5A-8-1 — Short title
West Virginia·Ch. 5A DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION·Art. 8 PUBLIC RECORDS MANAGEMENT AND PRESERVATION ACT
This article shall be known as the "Records Management and Preservation of Essential Records Act."
