§ 58-5-6 — Filing of petition
West Virginia·Ch. 58 APPEAL AND ERROR·Art. 5 APPELLATE RELIEF IN THE INTERMEDIATE COURT OF APPEALS AND THE SUPREME COURT OF APPEALS
Petitions for appeal shall be filed and processed in accordance with rules of appellate procedure promulgated by the Supreme Court of Appeals.
