§ 56-4-4 — Continuance at rules in absence of clerk

West Virginia·Ch. 56 PLEADING AND PRACTICE·Art. 4 RULES AND PLEADING
When there is no clerk to take a rule in a case, it shall stand continued until the next rule day after there is a clerk.
