§ 51-4-5 — Authority to administer oath
West Virginia·Ch. 51 COURTS AND THEIR OFFICERS·Art. 4 GENERAL PROVISIONS RELATING TO CLERKS OF COURTS
Any clerk of a court, or his deputy, may administer an oath in any case wherein an affidavit is necessary or proper.
