§ 5-32-9 — Severability

West Virginia·Ch. 5 GENERAL POWERS AND AUTHORITY OF THE GOVERNOR, SECRETARY OF STATE AND ATTORNEY GENERAL; BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS; MISCELLANEOUS AGENCIES, COMMISSIONS, OFFICES, PROGRAMS, ETC·Art. 32 SEX DEFINITIONS AND PRESERVATION OF SINGLE-SEX SPACES
If any provision of this article or the application of such provision to any person or circumstance is held to be unconstitutional, the remainder of this article are severable and their application to any person or circumstance shall not be affected thereby.
