Text

The Division of Purchasing shall propose rules for legislative approval in accordance with the procedures of §29A-3-1et seq. of this code to develop standardized forms for use in construction management at-risk contracting. These forms shall include:

(1) An offeror required information form;

(2) A signed contract form; and

(3) A conflict of interest statement form.
