§ 5-22B-14 — Public records
West Virginia·Ch. 5 GENERAL POWERS AND AUTHORITY OF THE GOVERNOR, SECRETARY OF STATE AND ATTORNEY GENERAL; BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS; MISCELLANEOUS AGENCIES, COMMISSIONS, OFFICES, PROGRAMS, ETC·Art. 22B GOVERNMENT CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AT-RISK CONTRACTS
(a)Records that are maintained by the state and/or its subdivisions during the qualifications phase and proposal phase are public, to the extent permitted by §29B-1-1et seq. of this code, and shall be available for inspection only after the announcement of the state and/or its subdivisions set forth in §5-22B-10(d) of this code.
(b)Nothing in this article affects a state and/or its subdivisions’ right to accept or reject any or all proposals in whole or in part.
