§ 5-16B-2 — Definitions

West Virginia·Ch. 5 GENERAL POWERS AND AUTHORITY OF THE GOVERNOR, SECRETARY OF STATE AND ATTORNEY GENERAL; BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS; MISCELLANEOUS AGENCIES, COMMISSIONS, OFFICES, PROGRAMS, ETC·Art. 16B WEST VIRGINIA CHILDREN'S HEALTH INSURANCE PROGRAM

As used in this article, unless the context clearly requires a different meaning: "Agency" means the Children’s Health Insurance Agency, a division within the Bureau for Medical Services. "Board" means the Children’s Health Insurance Program Advisory Board. "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of the Bureau for Medical Services appointed by the Secretary of the Department of Human Services. "Director" means the deputy commissioner within the Bureau for Medical Services who has responsibility for the operation and oversight of the Children's Health Insurance Agency. "Essential community health service provider" means a health care provider that:
