§ 48-29-302 — Loss of consortium
West Virginia·Ch. 48 DOMESTIC RELATIONS·Art. 29 PROPERTY, RIGHTS AND LIABILITIES OF MARRIED WOMEN; HUSBAND AND WIFE
A married woman may sue and recover for loss of consortium to the same extent and in all cases as a married man.
