Text

In order to obtain financial and medical insurance or other information pursuant to the establishment, enforcement and modification provisions set forth in this chapter, the Bureau for Child Support enforcement or any out-of-state agency administering a program under Title IV-D of the Social Security Act may serve, by certified mail or personal service, an administrative subpoena on any person, corporation, partnership, financial institution, labor organization or state agency for an appearance or for production of financial or medical insurance or other information. In case of disobedience to the subpoena, the Bureau for Child Support enforcement may invoke the aid of any family court in requiring the appearance or production of records and financial documents.
