Text

Each licensee may adopt rules and regulations, not inconsistent with or in violation of the provisions of this article, or rules or regulations promulgated hereunder, to govern the conduct of bingo occasions, except that no licensee may allow an individual not present to play any bingo games. Any rules and regulations adopted by the licensee shall be made available for inspection at all bingo occasions held. Any such rules and regulations adopted are a part of the records required to be kept by section sixteen of this article.
