§ 44-3A-4 — Notice of claim; settlement in certain cases

West Virginia·Ch. 44 ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES AND TRUSTS·Art. 3A OPTIONAL PROCEDURE FOR PROOF AND ALLOWANCE OF CLAIMS AGAINST ESTATES OF DECEDENTS; COUNTY OPTION
(a)The fiduciary supervisor shall at least once a month as a Class II legal advertisement in compliance with the provisions of article three, chapter fifty-nine of this code, cause to be published in a newspaper of general circulation within the county wherein letters of administration have been granted, a notice substantially as follows: NOTICE OF FILING OF ESTATE ACCOUNTS To the Creditors and Beneficiaries of the within named deceased persons: I have before me the estates of the following deceased persons and the accounts of the fiduciaries of their respective estates: Name of Decedent: Name of Fiduciary: Address: Name of Decedent: Name of Fiduciary: Address: Name of Decedent: Name of Fiduciary: Address: All persons having claims against the estate(s) of any of the above-na
