§ 4-13A-4 — Quorum; meetings

West Virginia·Ch. 4 THE LEGISLATURE·Art. 13A WEST VIRGINIA SEMIQUINCENTENNIAL COMMISSION AND FUND

(a)A simple majority of the members serving on the board at a given time constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business.

(b)Meetings shall be held in accordance with the provisions of §6-9A-1et seq., of this code.
