Text
(a)The Insurance Commissioner shall propose rules for legislative approval in accordance with the provisions of §29A-3-1et seq. of this code for the purposes of administering this article.
(b)The Insurance Commissioner shall develop all forms, contracts, or other documents to be used for the purposes outlined in this article.
