§ 33-26A-1 — Short title
West Virginia·Ch. 33 Â INSURANCE·Art. 26A WEST VIRGINIA LIFE AND HEALTH INSURANCE GUARANTY ASSOCIATION ACT
This article shall be known and may be cited as the "West Virginia Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association Act."
