West Virginia·Ch. 33 Â INSURANCE·Art. 24 HOSPITAL SERVICE CORPORATIONS, MEDICAL SERVICE CORPORATIONS, DENTAL SERVICE CORPORATIONS AND HEALTH SERVICE CORPORATIONS
The provisions of the Health Benefit Plan Network Access and Adequacy Act codified at §33-55-1et seq.of this code is made applicable to the provisions of this article.
