Text

Eighty percent of the funds deposited in the West Virginia infrastructure fund shall be dedicated for the purpose of providing funding for the cost of projects as defined in subsection (n), section two of this article. Twenty percent of the funds deposited in the West Virginia infrastructure fund shall be dedicated for the purpose of providing funding for costs of infrastructure projects as defined in subsection (l), section two of this article. Project sponsors of infrastructure projects shall follow the application process as established by this article: Provided, That notwithstanding any provision of this article to the contrary, all applications for any infrastructure project shall be submitted to the executive director of the West Virginia Development Office for review, recommendation
