Text

The authority shall be the corporate successor to the West Virginia industry and jobs development corporation and is hereby vested with all right, title and interest of such corporation in and to all property, rights and choses in action heretofore owned by or vested in such corporation, including, but not limited to, its loan portfolio, and shall assume all debts, liabilities and other obligations, if any, of such corporation. As of the effective date of this legislation, such corporation shall cease to exist and all rights and interests heretofore vested in such corporation shall be vested in the authority. The unexpended balance of funds authorized under section seventeen, article one, chapter five-c of this code available for use of the West Virginia industry and jobs development corp
