Text

When, as a result of an investigation under this article or otherwise, the board or any other interested person believes that any person:

(1)Has engaged, is engaging or is about to engage in the practice of embalming, funeral directing or cremating without a license or certificate;
(2)has operated, is operating or is about to operate a funeral establishment or crematory; or (3) is in violation of any of the provisions of this article, the board or any other interested person may make application to any court of competent jurisdiction for an order enjoining the acts or practices and upon a showing that the person has engaged or is about to engage in any act or practice, an injunction, restraining order or another appropriate order may be granted by the court without bond.
