§ 30-42-16 — Rules

West Virginia·Ch. 30 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 42 WEST VIRGINIA CONTRACTOR LICENSING ACT

The board may propose rules for legislative approval in accordance with §29A-3-1et seq. of this code that are necessary to carry out the provisions of this article. The board may disseminate educational or any other material designed to improve performance standards of any contractor group to contractors within the state. The board may adopt, and use, a seal with the words “State Contractor Licensing Board of West Virginia”. Any rule previously authorized under the provisions of §21-11-1et seq. of this code shall remain in effect until amended, replaced, or repealed by the Legislature.
