§ 30-16-14 — Enforcement

West Virginia·Ch. 30 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 16 CHIROPRACTORS
(a)The board shall enforce the provisions of this article and the rules adopted under this article. If any person refuses to obey any decision or order of the board, the board or, upon the request of the board, the Attorney General or the appropriate prosecuting attorney, may file an action for the enforcement of the decision or order, including injunctive relief, in the circuit court of the county of residence of the person. After due hearing, the court shall order the enforcement of the decision or order, or any part thereof, if legally and properly made by the board and where appropriate, injunctive relief.
