§ 30-12-14 — Penalties

West Virginia·Ch. 30 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 12 ARCHITECTS
Whoever violates any provision of this article is guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned in the county jail for not more then twelve months, or both fined and imprisoned.
