§ 30-1-9 — Administrative appeal of board action; judicial review
West Virginia·Ch. 30 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL STATE BOARDS OF EXAMINATION OR REGISTRATION REFERRED TO IN CHAPTER
(a)A person, not an applicant for or holder of a license to practice law, who has been denied a license or registration; whose certificate, license, registration, or authority has been suspended or revoked; or against whom disciplinary action has been otherwise imposed may appeal the final decision of the board.
(b)All proceedings in the appeal of the board’s action, and any judicial review thereof, shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of §29A-5-1et seq. of this code and any procedural rules adopted by the board pursuant thereto.
