(a)For the purposes of this section: "Abortifacient" means any chemical or drug prescribed or dispensed with the intent of causing an abortion. "Established patient" means a patient who has received professional services, face-to-face, from the physician, qualified health care professional, or another physician or qualified health care professional of the exact same specialty and subspecialty who belongs to the same group practice, within the past three years. "Gender altering medication" means the prescribing or administering of the following for the purpose of assisting an individual with a gender transition:
(1)Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) analogues or other puberty blocking medication to stop or delay normal puberty; and
(2)Supraphysiologic doses of testosterone, estro
