As used in this article: “Ambulatory health care facility” includes any facility defined in §16-5B-1et seq. of this code, that also has a pharmacy, offers pharmacist care, or is otherwise engaged in the practice of pharmacist care. “Active Ingredients” means chemicals, substances, or other components of articles intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of diseases in humans or animals or for use as nutritional supplements. “Administer” means the direct application of a drug to the body of a patient or research subject by injection, inhalation, ingestion, or any other means. “Board” means the West Virginia Board of Pharmacy. “Board authorization” means a license, registration, or permit issued under this article. “Chain Pharmacy Warehouse” means a
