Text

Provisions of article one of this chapter relating to ballot commissioners, election commissioners and clerks, procedures for obtaining election supplies and conducting elections, loss and replacement of election supplies, challenge of voters, leaves of absence for voting, election expenses and recount procedures shall control and govern primary elections wherever applicable. In all other particulars, when no specific provision is made in this article for the control, conduct and government of any phase of primary elections, resort shall be had to other provisions of this chapter which may be applicable thereto and controlling thereof.
