Text

No one, except the person employed and authorized by the ballot commissioners to do so, shall print any ballot for any election. No person engaged or employed in printing such ballots shall deliver any ballot to any person except a member of the board of ballot commissioners, or knowingly permit any other person to obtain possession of any ballot; or print, or cause to be printed, any ballot in any other form, or with the names of any other persons thereon, or with the names thereon spelled or arranged in any other manner than that prescribed by the ballot commissioners.
