§ 29A-3A-11 — Creation of a legislative oversight commission on education accountability

West Virginia·Ch. 29A STATE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES ACT·Art. 3A HIGHER EDUCATION RULE MAKING
(a)There is hereby created a joint commission of the Legislature known as the Legislative Oversight Commission on Education Accountability to review all legislative rules of the agency and other rules as the commission deems appropriate. The commission shall be composed of an equal number of senator and delegates, as appointed by the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Delegates. Members of the commission shall receive compensation and expenses as provided in §4-2A-1et seq. of this code, subject to approval of the Joint Committee on Government and Finance. The commission may adopt rules of procedure as it considers necessary for the submission, presentation, and consideration of rules.
