§ 24-2H-1 — Short title

West Virginia·Ch. 24 PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION·Art. 2H POWER OF COMMISSION TO ORDER MEASURES UP TO AND INCLUDING THE ACQUISITION OF DISTRESSED AND FAILING WATER AND WASTEWATER UTILITIES

This article shall be known and cited as the Distressed and Failing Utilities Improvement Act.
