Text

In addition to all other powers and duties conferred upon the Public Service Commission herein, the commission shall be charged with the duty of enforcing the provisions of the United States "Federal Railroad Safety Act" and the "Uniform Motor Carrier Identification Act" in this state under the federal requirements contained therein requiring state enforcement of such acts, insofar as the same are not repugnant to the laws of this state or contrary to the rules and regulations of the commission. The commission shall also perform those duties expressly conferred upon a state regulatory authority by the "National Energy Conservation Policy Act of 1978,""Power Plant and Industrial Fuel Use Act of 1978," and the "Public Utilities Regulatory Policy Act of 1978," insofar as the same are not rep
