§ 22C-3-1 — Short title

West Virginia·Ch. 22C ENVIRONMENTAL RESOURCES; BOARDS, AUTHORITIES, COMMISSIONS AND COMPACTS·Art. 3 SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT BOARD

This article shall be known and cited as the "Solid Waste Management Board Act."
