§ 22A-2A-603 — Dispensing of diesel fuel

West Virginia·Ch. 22A MINERS' HEALTH, SAFETY AND TRAINING·Art. 2A USE OF DIESEL-POWERED EQUIPMENT IN UNDERGROUND COAL MINES

The director shall establish requirements governing the refueling of diesel-powered equipment which shall, at a minimum, comply with the provisions of part 75 of the code of federal regulations dealing with the dispensing of diesel fuel, set forth in 30 C.
